What are the capital market conditions like now for raising money? Our panelists from venture capital, private equity and entrepreneurs will talk about the current funding environment, the deals getting done and why, where the trends are going, and what the entrepreneur needs to do to get it right for funding success at the outset and for sustainable growth.

As start-up and early stage companies mature and scaling business expand, the need for capital continues to grow. Achieving company sales growth was always an imperative and constant challenge whether positioned within credible business plans or in actual performance. With current economic conditions there cannot be any ‘glitch’ in this execution and that requires smooth transitions from one round of capital to another.

This “Capital Continuum” will be addressed by our panel providing their perspectives, expectations and preferences on: investment criteria and expected reward-success, strength of management teams and milestone accomplishments, market penetration and business traction, product sales and revenue growth, profits and exit.

You will learn about raising money to build and grow your company. This session is designed to give entrepreneurs sound ideas as to how you should approach fundraising from initial rounds through follow-on capital.
